Study On The Spatial Changes Of Nanhuaxi Historical Block In Guangzhou From The Perspective Of Space Production

In the background of globalization and modernization,the culture oriented city renewal has become the inevitable development of the city,Guangzhou to achieve the strategic goal of the 2020 world cultural city,historical and cultural blocks protection as an important material carrier of history and culture,will become the key to the protection of historical and cultural city of Guangzhou.But at present,the development of historic district is facing a series of problems,how to deal with the balance between protection and development,the social conflicts and social contradictions caused by the demolition and transformation? From the perspective of social space,this paper provides a feasible way to analyze the nature of the space phenomenon of historical blocks.Based on reviewing the theory and practice of production in space at home and abroad,the main ideas and theoretical framework of Lefebvre,Harvey and Sawyer and other western new Marx school scholars to sort out the summary,and points out the deficiencies in the research of Historic District in China at this stage of production space theory,provide a theoretical basis for the empirical analysis.In the part of historical background,the spatial change of historical geography perspective Nanhua Xi Historic District,including the process of historical change and transformation process of planning,production mode of social and spatial characteristics and summarizes the main historical stages,clear the historical block space changes in 2006 to today’s market economy environment,as the empirical analysis object.In the part of empirical analysis,firstly,through the accumulation of capital and consumer culture theory,analysis of space operation behavior and the influence of space behind the change of power and capital al iance,the interests of all parties,the process of summing up the historical block space production;secondly,from two aspects of material space and social space of space changes direct and indirect results of the analysis,summarize the material space and social space reconstruction remodeling space producing dominant effect,and the block symbols,to the place of the production of space and spatial isolation of recessive effect,the overall space production process and Lefebvre’s spatial dialectics of three yuan Nanhua Xi historic district summary interpretation.The research shows that the space changes Nanhua Xi historic district as a top-down government union power and knowledge elite,residents of space operation system of battalion of bottom-up forces,its essence is the capital driven game competition and the multi subject of space right,space effect generated by the performance for the two kinds of dominant and recessive,reflect the development and protection,block space conflict and isolate multiple contradiction,confirmed two yuan between three yuan in the dialectics of space.Finally,the space crisis and implied the fundamental mechanism of historic district based on the development of production,from the strength of the government and the capital control and the district’s own point of view,put forward suggestions to optimize the development of the historic district Nanhua Xi.
