As a large number of distributed generation(DG)and energy storage equipment access the traditional distribution network,it is gradually evolving into an active distribution network(ADN),and the focus on management of electric energy is moving from the supply side to the demand side in China.However,at present the grid companies carry out the work on demand side management(DSM)mainly around energy-saving indicators,rather than power consumption management for home users or interactive response from them.It makes the economic performance and stability cannot be further improved.On the other hand,although some home energy management systems have been put into market applications,power data collected by them has not been pooled into grid companies for effective management to be managed and used.Enormous power data from users is losing and wasting.Therefore,for the grid companies,how to consolidate massive household power consumption data and implement optimal control of the distributed equipment owned by home users interactively,becomes an urgent problem to be solved.For these reasons,this paper designs a household intelligent electricity management and optimization system for ADN.Cooperating with monitoring and control devices,it can achieve the unified management of all collected electricity data,through the cloud storage and MySQL database technologies.By invoking multi-objective optimization algorithms through Java-MATLAB interface,the system can also implement the local optimal control of basic load and the on-line optimal control of distributed generation and energy storage equipment.With the help of Android programming and data interconnection transmission technologies,it has achieved the effects of getting and displaying the monitoring and optimization graph anytime and anywhere,to accomplish the intuitive interaction with users.The whole software system combines with hardware devices to achieve the data interaction and response from DG,conventional load and energy storage devices to individual home users and then to the grid.It can significantly raise the level of DSM for ADN,and establish foundation for the construction of power big data platform and energy Internet.
