| The smart grid is an inevitable trend in the development of the world power systems. It highly integrates the power flow with the information flow and the service flow, thus realizing the intelligent interaction between power users and the power network. The intelligent electricity distribution system is a key link in the operation of the smart grid, and the intelligent electricity distribution communication network is the basic infrastructure in the construction of the intelligent electricity distribution system. It is the foundation to ensure the reliability of power supply, improve the efficiency of power grid and provide the perfect service quality for power users. Therefore, to realize the construction of the smart grid, extreme attentions must be paid to the construction of the electricity distribution communication network.First of all, the electricity distribution communication network architecture and the key technologies in the backbone transmission network and access network are analyzed. Then requirements of the traditional and new services and all kinds of security risks from the application layer, the network layer, the terminal equipment layer are analyzed in details. These studies lay a foundation for researches of the electric network service quality evaluation and network security protection mechanism.Secondly, to meet the requirement of services quality evaluation in the electricity distribution communication network, two kinds of service quality evaluation methods are put forward from different angles. To solve the difficulties of extracting advantage and disadvantage indexes in the traditional QoS algorithms, a novel QoS evaluation method based on radar charts is proposed. It engages the principal component analysis to reduce the information redundancy between the original indexes. And the thought of radar charts in the economic management field is employed to construct the comprehensive service assessment model, which is visualized to reflect the benefits and weaknesses of services, and will be a vital evidence for accurately selecting the poor service to make an improvement. In order to solve the problems of the insufficient objectivity and low evaluation efficiency in traditional services quality evaluation algorithms, a novel double decision hyperplanes (DDH) decision graph method is put forward. It exploits the services whose QoS were known to train the classifiers which are used to classify the new services. The novel method has a high adaptability and can achieve a more real-time and dynamic QoS evaluation for the electric power communication network services.Finally, when the RFID system is applied to the whole process of electrical terminals management system, to solve the numerous privacy and security vulnerabilities in the process of terminals authentication and information transmission, an access control protocol for power distribution terminals and power consumption terminals is proposed. The novel protocol is divided into two stages, the terminal identity authentication and the terminal information access control. In order to satisfy requirements of the actual information collection and terminals maintenance, the reader’s operating authority to the terminals is taken into consideration, which ensures the security of the terminal sensitive information, and will enhance the safety of the electricity distribution communication network from the equipment level. |
