Since the "thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards" (GB13223-2011)promulgated, wet electrostatic precipitator technology has been widely used, and the wet dust removal technology has been successfully applied in Changan Power Generation Co., Ltd.(formerly Guodian Yiyang Power Generation Co., Ltd.) 300MW (#1) coal-fired power generation unit dust removal project, its introduction and independent research and development technology has mushroomed in the thermal power industry in China. For the proplems of the ultra low emissions, the two carrying phenomenon by wet desulfurization,and the insulator vulnerability etc., resulting in the decline in the electric field, this research focuses on improving the rate of electric operation field, the research including.(1) Selection and determination of anode material for wet electrostatic precipitator. The influence of the main parameters, three classes to the removal rate of aerosol pollutants was analyzed, three classes are the pre wash water (Q1), Smoke flow (Q2) and the anode material Q3 individually. Improved installation process of anode material matching was studied,determining the relationship between the inlet and outlet and the velocity field of the wet dust removal device. According to the structure characteristics of wet ESP, solution schemes of the construction technology and construction management are given?(2) Studing the optimization process of wet dust collector. Based on the study of the characteristics of flue gas dust, the main problems of the wet electrostatic precipitator are analyzed. Through the simulation of gas flow field in the design of the inlet and outlet head,the optimization method of anode material is put forward. Aimed at the problems of the wet dust removal system, the key structures of the flow field and key components of the wet electrostatic precipitator are presented by means of finite element analysis. It can provide basic data for the design of wet dedusting system in Yiyang Electric power plant.(1) Studing on operation control of wet dust removal, optimization operation control process. According to the characteristics of the insulator heater, the self-tuning fuzzy PID controller is designed to control electric heating system, next, the mathematical model of insulator electric heating system is built, lastly, the simulation of self tuning fuzzy PID control electric heating system is carried out, and the operation results after the transformation is compared.(2) Studing on the upgrading of wet dust removal and the application of ultra clean emission. The technical scheme of the first generation wet electrostatic precipitator for the flexible anode of Yiyang #1 furnace is put forward. The distributed dust removal technology route is designed with a full flue gas path classification. A systematic solution to the problem of deep emission reduction is presented, comparing between the systematic solution and the traditional emission reduction route, only on the technical upgrading of the electrostatic precipitator. Aimed at the ultra clean emission index of large thermal power plant, the boundary conditions of wet ESP and the system scheme of the total flue gas system are given,to solve the super clean discharge of the chimney...
