Recent years,the environmental pollution problem is increasingly serious,and becoming one of the most concern.And to the current domestic power main body is still a coal-fired power plant,including coal-fired power plant is the main component.In thermal power plant operation will produce large amount of harmful pollutants.These harmful pollutants is the principal cause of haze weather,so control dust emissions from coal-fired power plantsis imperative.In order to effectively reduce the emissions of dust in the thermal plants,electric precipitator for transformation of coal-fired power plant is one important step.Modification of the current domestic filter is gradually spread to various power plant,in the country the coal-fired power plant air pollutants emission standards(GB13223-2011)after emissions standards,power filter transformation is obtained each power plant.In this paper,the thermal electric renovation project of a study on comprehensive evaluation scheme selection.This article first introduces several kinds of dust collector technology,analyzes its development history and application status,and expounds the necessity of carrying out the dust remover for the actual situation and system problems of a unit in TC power plant.Based on the actual situation of the unit and the comprehensive analysis of the available technologies,three different options for the upgrading of the dust collector were proposed.Based on the actual characteristics of the unit,the influencing factors are analyzed in detail from the aspects of environment,economy and technology according to the construction principle and the program selection target of the index system,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of the electromechanical dedusting project plan selection is established.Based on the triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive evaluation model of project plan selection is constructed.Finally,the evaluation scheme of the three dust remover is evaluated by using the established evaluation system.The optimal scheme of the dust removal and reconstruction technology of the TC power plant is determined by comparing the different dust removal schemes in terms of environment,economy and technology.Is a conventional five electric field + wet dust collector,and carried out the implementation of the program benefit analysis,illustrates the applicability of the evaluation system.After the implementation of the program can make the power plant to maximize the benefits,after the transformation of the power plant can get dust prices,ultra-low emission prices and other subsidies,according to the current standard to calculate about 3.3 years to recover the investment costs.At the same time after the transformation of the unit running high stability,dust removal effect is good,the annual reduction of soot emissions will reach 312 t.It shows that the scheme evaluation system established in this paper has practical application value,and it can also provide some theoretical basis and method reference for other similar thermal power plant dust removal project.
