| In recent years,power restructuring has influenced the transformation of the whole power system to market-oriented operation mode.In the spot market of electric power,Tele Meter Reading System(TMR),which is used to collect and manage the basic electric energy data,has become the powerful support and guarantee for the deep application of power grid business.The management of TMR is an important part of the system and is an important way to realize the interactive data communication.First of all,two methods of data management in TMR are proposed in this thesis,including the data acquisition,management in the same system,data exchange and management between the heterogeneous systems.After that,Zhejiang 102 communication protocol is formed based on the original standard 102 communication protocol.According to the Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation upgrading project of TMR system and the requirement of local acquisition application,the acquisition data type,data interactivity and clock calibration methods are extended.Furthermore,aiming at the heterogeneous systems,interactive data application between each city and provincial company is developed for Zhejiang province.Two practical schemes of CIM/XML and E language are compared and analyzed,and the data exchange between heterogeneous systems is completed by file parsing. |
