Engine is an energy conversion mechanism,The utility model can push the piston to work when the gas is expanded through the combustion gas in the sealed cylinder,At the same time,the mechanical energy can be changed into mechanical energy.Crank connecting rod mechanism is one of the most important parts in the engine,In the process of energy conversion,It is subjected to complex alternating loads,The fatigue failure and fracture of crank and connecting rod mechanism will lead to the damage of other parts and even cause safety accidents.With the progress of the times,Consumers requirements for mobility,reliability and comfort of automobiles are increasing,This poses a severe test in related fields for that research workers.This paper is based on the inline four cylinder internal combustion engine system for scientific research,The following statements are made for the statement: First,Establish the mathematical model of Inline four cylinder internal combustion engine system,Based on it,Deduce the mechanics and kinematics equations of each components.The model appears the phenomenon of constraint redundancy when we establish the constraint equation between the crank and the pin.In view of it,This paper will introduce the flexible connection theory to solve the problems in the above model.Secondly,This paper will use the corresponding dynamic software RECURDYN to Simulate the gas on piston stamping by creating a spline on each pistons.Considering the complexity of the bearing force on the crankshaft and the nonlinear contact between the piston and the cylinder wall,According to the actual requirements of the project,The theory of the modal flexibility and finite element flexible body will be used to establish the corresponding flexible body model during this paper.In addition,The dynamic equation of flexible body system will be deduced,During this paper,the ignition sequence of internal combustion engine cylinder is2-4-3-1,Because the working principle of flexible body is different from that of rigid body,Too large or too small gas stamping can lead to abnormal operation of internal combustion engine,Therefore,We will use the finiteelement software ANSYS and the dynamic software RECURDYN to carry on the rigid flexible coupling dynamics analysis to the internal combustion engine system in the last part of the full text.At the same time,we will solve the key information of the key parts of the flexible body on the basis of ensuring the smooth operation of the internal combustion engine.The analysis of the strength and fatigue life of the key parts of the internal combustion engine is an indispensable part in the actual research and development process,The other work of this paper is using the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model to calculate the dynamic stress history of the most dangerous point on the flexible body.Of course,the results will provide the data to support for the fatigue life analysis of the internal combustion engine.
