In recent years,with the contradiction between energy supply and demand has become increasingly prominent,the problem of environmental pollution is deteriorating,all over the world are trying to find "green" renewable energy,natural solar resources to huge reserves,green pollution,security and many other advantages become human Focus.Chinese PV installed capacity growth fastest,as of February 2017,Chinese cumulative installed capacity of photovoltaic up to 77 GW,the installed capacity is 11.9 times than in 2012.PV components on the surface of the impact of light-electricity conversion efficiency,serious will lead to "heat island effect" damage the photovoltaic panels,shorten its life.At present the widespread use of the photovoltaic board cleaning method is manual scrubbing and washing car washing,the work process requires a lot of water resources,high cost,easy to ice in winter.In this paper,a large-scale distributed photovoltaic power plant in Wuwei City is taken as the object of study.According to the special requirements of dust removal of solar photovoltaic panels,a kind of double-roller brush cleaning and dusting and dust-One of the PV module dry dust brush,can be achieved in the absence of water,no cleaning agent conditions,fast and efficient completion of the cleaning work of the photovoltaic panels,and real-time self-cleaning brush,no secondary pollution.Firstly,the characteristics,adhesion characteristics and adhesion of dust particles were analyzed,and the common cleaning methods of dust particles were introduced,and the working objects of air system were introduced.Then,for the special requirements of dust cleaning on the surface of the photovoltaic panels,and with reference to the existing dust removal brush structure,the ideal PV module dry dust removal brush itself should have the technical characteristics of the analysis to determine the overall program to guide the dry dust Part of the structural design.The working principle of dry dust removal brush is introduced,and the three-dimensional model of dry dust removal equipment is established by using Creo 3D software.The three-dimensional model of dry dust removal equipment is established,and the dry dust brush drive mode was selected.The dust removal mechanism of the dry dust removal brush is systematically studied.The working characteristics and structural parameters of the dry dust cleaning device are analyzed,and the influence of the structural parameters on the dusting effect is analyzed.Using Fluent software,The internal flow field is simulated and analyzed by visual simulation.The distribution of velocity vector and pressure is obtained by simulating the parameters of the dust filter and the main structural parameters of the dust collecting mechanism and the dust collecting mechanism Finally,compared with the preliminary design of the brush flow field simulation results,the best dust effect and the effect of the brush when the brush structure parameters for the final shape of the brush body provides a basis for the final shape of the brush body.Finally,the experimental prototype of the dry dusting brush was tested,and the operation and dust removal efficiency were tested.The working parameters were optimized.The results showed that the prototype was running smoothly and the dust removal efficiency was high under the condition of no water and no cleaning agent.Large-scale photovoltaic power plant clean maintenance to provide a theoretical basis,with engineering practice significance.
