Design And Development Of New Product Reliability Intelligent Analysis System For Photovoltaic Modules

PV module products are characterized by fast technological iteration,long development cycle and high reliability requirements.In order to occupy a place in the increasingly competitive market,enterprises need to constantly improve the development and management level of new products to ensure their core competitiveness.This paper mainly discusses the project design and implementation of intelligent analysis system for reliability of photovoltaic modules.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of new product development and management of J Company,it is found that there are a series of problems in the current process of new product development and management of J Company,resulting in the existing new product development and management system can not meet the needs of rapid development of enterprises.Secondly,the application requirements of the reliability intelligent analysis system of new photovoltaic modules are analyzed,and the system hierarchy model is constructed.Based on this,the system functions and modules are designed,and the technical scheme of project management method combined with information platform management is studied.Finally,taking the new product development of heterojunction components as an example,the implementation and application of project management method combined with system information platform management scheme are introduced.The effect of system operation and implementation is evaluated from three aspects: optimization of new product development process,effective management of reliability data of new product development,and improvement of efficiency of new product development.In this paper,the application of the method of project management in the photovoltaic modules new product reliability in intelligent analysis system development and implementation management,improve the ability of the whole project process control,and photovoltaic modules for the development of new products reliability intelligent analysis system effectively solves the J company problems existing in the process of new product development management,product research and development of the management system for J company provides a certain reference significance.
