All along,in the production of equipment and system life,preventive maintenance,replacement and economic benefits are all hot issues of concern.When the preventive maintenance strategy,in addition to considering the cost of this factor,also to consider the production process of some of problems.For example,for the equipment to complete the production activities can not continue the process,the maintenance activities will be adjusted according to the job plan.So this thesis establishes a dynamic preventive maintenance plan with constraints as a job plan,and gives the replacement strategy,because of accounting the decay of the system.The specific research work is as follows:? First,a single device is used as a research object to establish a preventive maintenance model with the minimum increase cost of equipment integration in a given operating time interval.The model takes into account the changes in reliability before and after the maintenance of the equipment." The age reduction factor" and "the hazard rate increase factor" to improve the model,that is,each of the preventive maintenance are regarded as repair non-new maintenance.For this kind of deteriorative system,the thesis describes the recession with the geometric process.In this thesis,the renewal reward theory is used to establish the replacement strategy with the number of maintenance times as the decision variables.The strategy takes into account the impact of preventive maintenance and post-minor repairs on component replacement.? On the basis of research of single device,aimed at multi-device series system,the further study is made.In addition to taking into account some problems in the maintenance of single equipment,the influence of the inter-equipment structure on the whole system is taken into account,the shutdown of a single device in the tandem system can cause the entire system to shut down.In this thesis,the maintenance strategy can greatly reduce the times of downtime of the system,which can reduce the maintenance cost.In the establishment of replacement model,the system of two series components as a research object gives two replacement strategies.It gives two replacement strategies,which are to maintain the times as a replacement decision variables.First,replacement strategy bases on the average cost of the system under long-term operation as an optimization target.second,it is on the basis of singlecomponent to carry out the program to adapt to the tandem system.For the two programs given,the availability finally is as the a measure of choice,then established as the optimal replacement strategy of system.? Finally,the preventive maintenance of complex systems is studied,that is,the hybrid manufacturing system composed of multiple devices is taken as the research object.In the hybrid system,because the equipment has two kinds of states in series and parallel connection,the hybrid system is more complicated than the series system.When the maintenance model is established,the influence of the series and parallel devices on the system is given.A dynamic non-disruptive operation of the preventive maintenance strategy to adjust the program.
