The check valve can effectively prevent the reflux to the pipeline,pump and motor reversal pertaining as a kind of self-control valve.Under the background of our country vigorously developing the wisdom city,it plays an important role in the field of building automation,water-cooled system;nevertheless,the domestic research is insufficient research on the check valve,relying on individual trials and experience being seriously lagged behind the pace of development.The article analyzes the research on the high reliability of the check valve based on the basic science and technology relying on Zhejiang Science and Technology Department.In this article,it's particularly described of the physical structure of the check valve.It is analyzed of the relationship between the flow rate and the opening angle of the valve by inferring the corresponding calculation formula in the wake of the working principle introduced of the check valve.The three-dimensional static simulation of the fluid flowing through the check valve in the turbulent state is carried out to determine the flow resistance coefficient and distribute the velocity or pressure under different opening angles.To establish the opening method for characterizing the transient change of the characteristic factor dimensional dynamic model of the process,the UDF program is used to drive the moving parts and the transient changes of the area,and monitor the whole process of the valve opening.It is considered the change of the pressure and velocity at different time The vortex phenomenon is discussed in the flow field.The design of the flow line in the valve of the quiet check valve is studied for improving the flow path of the check valve with the best flow line being selected to weaken the energy dissipation of the small vortex and cavitation near the valve body.Meanwhile,the energy dissipation is mainly composed of two aspects in the process of opening the valve.On the one hand,strong vortexs exist in the back of the valve flap;on the other hand,water hammers occur in the process of opening.In order to improve the energy utilization structure,the design of the optimized structure is carried out.The dynamic and numerical analysis of the optimized structure is carried out,and the characteristic curves are compared with the original model to prove the effectiveness of the optimized structure to reduce the negative pressure zone and prevent the water hammer.Compared with the experimental results,the optimization analysis of the check valve shows that the optimal opening angle of the check valve is increased by 26° after optimizing the flow path of the valve.It is obviously reduced in the effect of the waterproof hammer with the optimized structure.The number and intensity of the vortices are weakened owning to smooth pressure drop.It is subdued that the vibration and noise occur for the opening process.The flow resistance coefficient of the valve is reduced by 25% with improving the flow of the valve.It could be used for similar products with the method of optimal design for the check valve.
