In 2015,the State Grid Corporation of China formally put forward the strategic plan of "build the global energy Internet,promote energy green development".The global energy Internet which the backbone grid is UHV(Ultra-high voltage)power grid,domination is transmission of clean energy,global interconnection is the strong smart grid.It can be seen that the high degree of intelligence is an important feature of the global Internet,and the construction of intelligent grid is an important part of building the global energy Internet.The construction of intelligent grid is very important.Communication technology as an important part of the realization of intelligent,interactive and large power grid operation control,must comply to the development of intelligent power grid,you need to innovate and break the security of communication as a key area.First this thesis elaborates the system structure of the distribution automation system,and the requirements of the distribution automation in the reliability,real-time and easy expansion of the communication network.According to these requirements,tthe thesis analysis the feasibility of operational requirements analysis and forecasting of anti-single / multi-point failure capability for EPON technology in distribution communication network,and the three common methods of EPON technology are analyzed and compared.And the reliability and effectiveness of the network are analyzed and calculated.Then,compares the cost of network construction between the three network.Finally,analysis the communication network based on the current construction of the distribution automation network in Jinchang area and the communication network,and based on the communication business satisfy the communication automation system,according to construction principle and goal,the construction scheme of the power distribution communication in Jinchang area is determined,and to determine the use of hand-held way to network.Hand-held protection of the network can make the construction results of distribution communication network in Jinchang area to obtain the best results between cost and proceeds,and obtan ratio he best price.So,in the access layer of Jinchang area distribution network we use hand-held network of EPON approach to networking.At the end of this thesis,the future development direction of distribution communication network is prospected.
