As a basic support platform of unifying the strong smart grid,distribution communication network plays a vital role.However,due to the lack of planning in distribution network construction in Fujian Province,technical system in most areas were relatively backward,networking technology and layout are not scientific,which results in unreliable networks,signal loss,poor flexibility and expansibility.Base on the analysis of geographical characteristics of cities in Fujian Province,this study identifies choices of the technical system,presents networking schemes of different types of communication technology system in different regions.This paper mainly discusses backbone network and access network of distribution communication network.(1)This paper presents the research on planning of backbone network of distribution communication network.Firstly,it compares different types of backbone network communication modes and identifies the technical system.Secondly,it illustrates the new networking technology research programme of data communication network router.(2)This study also conducts a research on access network of distribution communication network.Firstly,it compares different types of advanced communication techniques in the aspect of economy,and technology.Secondly,through the analysis of voltage classes,terrain conditions,characteristics of distribution of sites and forms of feeder network,it identifies the communication technology system in different zones,which includes Optic Ethernet Interchanger networking technology,EPON(Ethernet Passive Optical Network)networking technology,TD-LTE networking technology and emergence communication satellite technology.Thirdly,it presents networking schemes of different types of communication technology system in different regions.Also,it develops the EPON optical power calculation software which can plan on the overall network.Lastly,it makes a plan on optic cable construction of the access network,distributes optical fiber core and patent for invention of cable splice closure.By studying this topic,this study designs construction plans of distribution communication network in different regions of Fujian Province,which have been used in some cities and have made great progress.They resolve defects and difficulties of distribution communication network in Fujian Province,such as inconformity network system,chaotic framework,poor security and stability,unstable network,irrational use of fiber core,unsteady equipment,and difficulties in network operation and maintenance.At the same time,the establishment of distribution communication network construction principle takes guidance for the construction of other distribution communication network in other regions in Fujian Province in the future.
