Spring is one of the important mechanical parts,as a mechanical element with elasticity,it is widely used in a variety of mechanical and electrical devices.With the progress of mechanical technology,the type of spring more and more,the requirements of the spring is also getting higher and higher.The traditional theory of spring design has been unable to meet the increasingly competitive spring industrial development needs.With the advancement of computer technology,computer aided design technology and finite element analysis technology,these modern design methods have been used in spring design practice more and more applications.In this paper,the elastic element is used as the research object,and the stiffness model of the elastic element is established by theoretical analysis and simulation.The sensitivity of the parameters is analyzed,and the sensitivity parameters are obtained.Finally,Stiffness ratio of the envelope.Firstly,based on the basic knowledge of material mechanics,the stiffness model of elastic element is established.The longitudinal stiffness and lateral stiffness of the elastic element are analyzed,and the stiffness values of each direction stiffness are obtainedSecondly,parametric modeling and parametric finite element analysis of elastic elements based on abaqus software and python language are carried out.The longitudinal stiffness and lateral stiffness of elastic elements are analyzed,and the stiffness values of each direction stiffness are obtained.Then,based on the previous results,the variation law of the elasticity of the elastic element with the geometrical parameters of the element is analyzed,and the geometric parameters which affect the stiffness of the elastic element are sorted by sensitivity,and the high sensitivity parameter is obtained.Finally,the longitudinal and transverse stiffness ratios of the elastic elements are compared with the geometrical parameters of the elements,and the envelope of the aspect ratio is drawn according to the variation law.
