At the same time the requirement of port loading and unloading efficiency was strong, sling is the first to bear the brunt, except the existing sling, the sling devised by the enterprise are extensive utilized, in order to improve efficiency and reduce cost, the design must be quickly and efficient.In this paper, by applying the advanced design methods, during the process of sling design and sling series using parametric technology, using the OOP method during the parametric design plug-in development of port beam sling, and call it in SolidWorks software, to realize the automation of beam sling design, improve the design efficiency and accuracy.First of all, according to the kinds of goods in recent ten years, port of loading and unloading of sling was general classification and selection of basic model, determine the key parameters of control.Secondly, in order to solve the problem of sling series design, analysis and research of the existing SolidWorks redevelopment technology, determine the mature effective redevelopment mode, and usage of Visual C++to control programming to realize parameters into sling model.After that, in the great parametric modeling function of SolidWorks software, use the parameter design program by load the plug-in, establish the required production cargo sling model.Finally, applying the finite element analysis on the model by using the Simulation function, check the rationality of the design, form the final design scheme.
