| Involute few teeth difference planetary transmission system is widely used in industry field. It has properties of large transmission ratio, small cubage,light weight, easy machining. With the development of manufacture technology and demand of high quality, there brings forward higher demand for transmission system with high efficiency, small cubage and compact structure. Shaft-set series few teeth difference planetary system is a new two level K-H-V involute few teeth difference planetary transmission one. Besides having characteristics of common two level teeth difference planetary transmission system, it resolves the difficult problem for the series integration of multilevel K-H-V teeth difference planetary transmission. It effectively minishes cubage and weight of set, facilitates serialization, standardization, installation and employment. It can be easily integrated with servo system and can be used to actualize multilevel differentia speed transmission.Based on expatiation of structural traits of shaft-set series few teeth difference planetary system, this thesis analyzed transmission characteristics of this set in the point view of kinematics, made design and calculation of key parts, and realized static analysis to second few teeth difference gear transmission system with ANSYS.In this paper, on the platform of ADAMS, combining with three-dimensional model established in Unigraphics,the dynamic simulation was realized. The main researches are as following:â‘ Based on expatiation of structural traits of shaft-set series few teeth difference planetary system, the transmission ratioes and speed ratioes of single input and single output,multiple input and single output,single input and multiple output,multiple input and multi output ,single K-H-V, was deduced in comparative speed means.â‘¡Based on the analysis of restricted condition to parameters of few teeth difference internal gear pair, according to the primary limits, the modification coefficient of the first and second level few teeth internal gear pair were decided in this paper.Central geometry parameteres of internal gear pairs and parameteres of integrated structure were decided. It gave the design and efficiency analysis of the integrated structure.â‘¢Three-dimensional model of second few teeth difference gear transmission system was established in Unigraphics.The thesis analyzed systemic stress distribution in finite element analysis software ANSYS and analyzed the calculation results.â‘£Combining with three-dimensional model established in Unigraphics,the simulation model was established to realize the dynamic simulation.And the simulation results were given in ADAMS which is multi- rigid-body system simulation software.Through the study in this thesis, the transmission characteristics of shaft-set series few teeth difference planetary system were validated. It is shown that it is practical for virtual prototype technic to be used in the study of new system. The results possess an important reference value to further study. |
