Concrete has been applied more and more widely because of its advantages of high compressive strength, high plasticity, low cost and so on.In the study of current concrete cracks, more attention is paid to the cause of direct loads, and the discussion of temperature is more focused on the mass concrete hydration heat crack or special circumstances(such as fire)temperature cracks.Without considering the temperature mutation(such as cold, sun and so on),The article start from the great temperature difference region of 24 hours one day, finite element thermal stress simulation analysis, this is the place with the previous paper the innovative point is the topic.Firstly, the article introduces concrete temperature crack type, cracking mechanism and fracture morphology from the perspective of multiple environmental factors.Demonstrated we must consider the effects of environmental temperature on the calculation of concrete bearing capacity design. Then deduced the thermodynamic theory, the temperature field equation and the finite element method used in the calculation in detail. The main part of the article is aimed at the residential structure of a concrete building north of the city, and take the calculation model. Then load a larger outdoor temperature change into the exterior panel unit, the room temperature is kept at a constant value, and consider the effect of solar radiation on the components.Simulation of Thermal-Stress Coupling Field with ANSYS Software, the change law of temperature field and temperature stress and strain field is obtained, and the conclusion is based on the actual project analysis. In the end, according to the change of environmental temperature factors, summarizes some engineering measures to control temperature crack, and provide some suggestions for reinforcement design for structure of personnel after the day.
