Research On Construction Status Investigation And Maintenance As Well As Reform Of Shanxi Old Theater

Contemporary China is in a period of great cultural prosperity,with increasingly large-scale repertoire,there needs more excellent venue and equipment and more comfortable environment.The construction of large theater lasts a long circle and it can not be quickly put into use.Also,in recent years,Chinese government has vigorously controlled the core area of the new city.Therefore,the existing building renovation in core area has become the focus.The remained theaters from 1950-1990 in Shaanxi can not meet the demand of modern drama for theater technology.If such a theater can be repaired and renovated,then quickly put into use,it would reduce the waste of resources and protect historic buildings.How to make the proper maintenance and reconstruction of the old theater to meet the modern theater requirements and current norms is the focus of this article.This paper selecting the representative existing theater in Shaanxi from 1950 to 1990 as the research object,we have had the research on the present situation and summarized the status of the old theaters;Through the questionnaire survey from the audience,actors and staff,this paper has summed up the user opinions and demands for the old theaters.Taking the maintenance level after renovation as the goal,we have divided the existing problems into three parts--Safety,Performance functionality,Beauty and comfortableness,then given the corresponding maintenance strategy: A,for security issues,the original theaters should be modified and identified the building structure.Then,Professional stuff reinforce the buildings and improve the structural safety;according to the standard and demand,the stage area are equipped with fire curtain;having the investigation of regional fire hazards and replacing the curtain,lamps and so on;the original fire facilities are evaluated according to the standards and requirements and supplemented or replaced fire protection facilities;as for interior decoration,maintenance and reconstruction can be used to meet the corresponding standard with light-weight,less-damage building materials.B,in terms of the functional problems,reconstruction work should improve the gate top height in the stage area to ensure the normal performance;increasing the electricity capacity of the original construction and guaranteeing power supply;C,in terms of beautiful and comfort features,the theater shouldbe reconstructed with the design method of “old--old”or “new-old contrast”.Choosing the light and less-damage material to repair on the outside of the building;in accordance with the specification requirements,renovating the toilet;updating the seat will influence the indoor reverberation time,so acoustic simulation can be made do ensure the indoor sound environment;air conditioning equipment can be used with muffler sidewall air blowing mode to improve the comfort of the theater.The paper is linking theory with methods to have the useful exploration and study on Shaanxi old theater renovation.We hope that the paper can provide scientific data and useful advice to the future renovation in Shaanxi.
