China is a major energy consumer.With the industrialization,the processing of urbanization and consumption structure escalating, China’s energy demand remains rigid growth trend. At present, China’s existing building energy saving reconstruction has shown a gradual scale, regional, category of advancing trend.For the establishment of the existing public buildings technology research is less.In Shaanxi Province,there are two major architectural climate zone.Existing building energy-saving renovation carried out as a result of differences in climate, economic development, policy support and other reasons has its particularity and complexity. Office buildings as region, Shaanxi Province is representative of the public buildings, large quantity and high energy consumption. Both options office buildings for energy saving, suitable for Shaanxi Province existing public building energy saving reconstruction classification and strategies for the promotion of Shaanxi Province existing building development has a demonstration effect.In the hot summer and cold winter area of Hanzhoung City, the cold and cold B District of Xi’an city A District of Yulin city in three areas of the existing office building as the research object, from the three typical climatic characteristics of the existing office building the actual situation, through investigation, analysis of test site, fully understand the situation of energy consumption of office buildings in Shaanxi province and the indoor environmental conditions, find out the existing problems, targeted transformation plan. According to the transformation plan, to simulate the energy situation and effect of reconstruction with computer DeST software, established in different climatic zones of existing office building energy-saving technology group. Mainly includes the thermal performance of building envelope renovation, technical transformation energy saving and renewable energy, building heating and air conditioning equipment energy-saving and environment building energy-saving system of technological transformation in Shaanxi Province, energy-saving work of public buildings as well as a Definite reference value.
