With the increase of the service life of high-voltage circuit breaker,the malfunction frequency of the high-voltage circuit breaker is also increasing,which will affect the stability and reliability of the power system operation.Once the high-voltage circuit breaker malfunction occurs,will cause various major faults of power system,such as open circuit,short circuit,power outage and equipment loss.Therefore,it is necessary to design and develop a reliable test system for high-voltage circuit breaker mechanical characteristic parameters,the test system is used in the maintenance,repairing and the prevention of high-voltage circuit breaker malfunction,which has great significance for improving the reliability and security of power system transmission and distribution.Firstly,this Thesis briefly introduced the basic structure and working principle of the high-voltage circuit breaker.The key mechanical parameters of the high-voltage circuit breaker were introduced,and the measurement method of the circuit breaker mechanical parameters was briefly described in this paper.Secondly,according to the functional requirements of the test system for high-voltage circuit breaker mechanical characteristic,this Thesis presented the hardware and software design scheme of the high-voltage circuit breaker mechanical characteristic testing system.Based on the overall design of hardware,the specific implementation of main board interface circuit and the peripheral interface circuit was detailed described.In the design of software solutions,the software implementation plan of host computer and lower computer was introduced,and the specific software flow chart for the main software module was presented.Aiming at the designed test system,the parameter settings,sensor settings and voltage settings of the main interface and the specific operation of other interfaces of the system was detailed introduced.Finally,the mechanical characteristics of ZN630A-12 and ZW32-12 vacuum circuit breakers were tested by using the test system designed in this paper.The experimental results show that the mechanical characteristics testing instrument of the high voltage circuit breaker is stable and the mechanical parameters are accurate to meet the functional requirements and technical parameters of the system requirements.It is significant to reduced the fault rate of high-voltage circuit breakers and guarantee the stable and reliable operation of the power system.
