As a vital switching element in the power system,the high-voltage circuit breaker plays a dual role in the protection and control of power grid.Thus,its operating state directly affects the stability of the entire power system and the reliability of power supply.With the continuous upgrading of information technology such as "Internet plus" and 5G,the demand for electricity at home has increased dramatically and the scale of power grids has been increasing.Therefore,the requirements for power quality and power supply reliability are becoming higher and higher,and the important role of high-voltage circuit breakers in operation reliability has been highlighted.In order to ensure the operation reliability of high-voltage circuit breaker,it is important to fully understand and grasp the working state of high-voltage circuit breaker.In recent years,the academic circles have paid more and more attention to the working state of high-voltage circuit breakers,with a wide range of research contents,diverse research angles and different research methods,so as to make a more comprehensive,reasonable and objective evaluation of the working state of high-voltage circuit breaker,on the basis of on-line monitoring of the state of high-voltage circuit breaker,this paper establishes a state evaluation model of high-voltage circuit breaker based on intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process by using the combination of intuitionistic analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The model considers the decision-making information of membership degree,non-membership degree and hesitation degree at the same time The method is further extended to improve the limitations of the traditional fuzzy set theory evaluation method,making the evaluation results more reasonable and accurate on the basis of practical.Firstly,this paper deeply analyzes the mechanical fault of high-voltage circuit breaker;secondly,it introduces the on-line detection method of mechanical characteristics of high-voltage circuit breaker,in which,it mainly introduces several on-line detection methods of mechanical characteristics of high-voltage circuit breaker;and then,on the basis of determining the relevant mechanical parameters that can better reflect the operation state of high-voltage circuit breaker,it is clear that it is suitable for high-voltage circuit breaker.The actual influence of the working state is taken as the comment set of the evaluation model;then,according to the different influence degree of the relevant mechanical parameters on the high-voltage circuit breaker,the weight of each parameter is determined by the intuitionistic analytic hierarchy process,combined with the determination method of the membership function in fuzzy mathematics and the nature of the evaluation factors,with reference to the expert opinions,the membership of each factor in the evaluation model is established;finally,from the reality of high-voltage circuit breaker evaluation,the weighted average fuzzy operator is selected to evaluate the operation state of high-voltage circuit breaker,and the operation state of high-voltage circuit breaker is determined based on the evaluation model's comment set,and finally a reasonable maintenance plan is made.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model,this paper uses the experimental data of Tai-kai high-pressure ZF6-252 hydraulic high-voltage circuit breaker.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of normal working conditions,abnormal working conditions and heavy load working conditions shows that the model can correctly judge the working state of the high-voltage circuit breaker,provide an effective method for the online evaluation of the high-voltage circuit breaker,and provide a practical basis for formulating a reasonable plan for maintenance and reducing waste of manpower and financial resources.
