| Since the construction of "industry 4.0",the manufacturing industry has gradually developed towards intelligent manufacturing.In order to combine with the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in manufacturing industry,the detection of products is also developing towards intelligent direction.In the process of rapid industrial development,electric power plays an indispensable role.In this link,power equipment is also very important.As a large-scale switchgear,the normal operation of high-voltage circuit breaker,the key component of high-voltage ring main unit,also affects the normal operation of the circuit system.Therefore,it has high practical engineering value to realize intelligent detection of mechanical characteristic parameters of high voltage circuit breaker.Based on the theory of industrial engineering and from the perspective of human-computer relationship,this paper applies the seven techniques of IE to the intelligent detection system of mechanical characteristic parameters of high-voltage circuit breaker.From the analysis of the field testing process,we can find the operation that can be optimized,and optimize the design,so as to improve the testing process of the mechanical characteristic parameters of the high-voltage circuit breaker switch.In this paper,the mechanical characteristic parameters of high voltage circuit breaker are studied as follows.1)Through the observation,research and thinking of the current situation of on-site detection,the customized design of the detection instrument is carried out by using IE idea,and the on-site operation method is optimized.From the perspective of man-machine operation,the operation steps are optimized,the detection efficiency is improved,the electric shock risk caused by bad operation is reduced,and the personal safety of the tester is protected.2)This paper analyzes the intelligent detection system,and improves the interface and function of the intelligent detection instrument for mechanical parameters of high-voltage circuit breaker by using seven techniques of IE,so that the intelligent detection process of mechanical parameters of high-voltage circuit breaker can save time and labor,and ensure the high efficiency and safety of the detection process.3)The mechanical characteristic parameters of high-voltage circuit breaker are detected by using the intelligent detection instrument for mechanical characteristic parameters of high-voltage circuit breaker,and the mechanical characteristic parameters such as contact opening distance,over travel,closing bounce time,closing(opening)time,closing(opening)asynchrony,rigid closing(opening)speed,whole process average speed,current peak value,action time and opening rebound are obtained,Through the analysis of the test results,the key elements that affect the mechanical characteristic parameters of the high voltage circuit breaker are found out.The key spring elements in the high voltage circuit breaker are analyzed by finite element method,and the maximum points of net stress and static strain of the spring are found out.These points are recorded and marked as the frequent failure points of the key elements.Based on the relationship between the operation times and the life of the spring,Weibull distribution and support vector machine(SVM)are used to infer the normal operation life of the high voltage circuit breaker. |
