The use of performance degradation and aging damage of operation bridges have become a worldwide problem. Its safety, durability and applicability of the continuous degradation of performance, making the bridge accident in recent years not uncommon. This paper studies the remaining life of PC bridge, which is influenced by use the environment, maintenance and construction quality. However, this paper only discusses the stochastic variables that can be quantitatively studied, and blurs the random variables that can only be qualitatively studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Extend the reliability theory of existing bridge load and effect analysis(this analysis is limited to time-dependent reliability)to time-varying reliability,On this basis, the existing residual life of the operation bridges analysis method is proposed.(2)Analyzed the factors influencing the structural resistance and load effect of the bridge. This analysis mainly includes the analysis of the resistance decay process in the bending calculation, and analysis of the change process of load model in the bridge operation. And on this basis, summed up the normal use of the ultimate state of PC beam calculation formula.(3)Summarize the calculated formula for a simplified analysis,The second-order moment method is used as the main research method, and the remaining service life of the existing bridge structure system is analyzed. However, this analysis is based on Matlab language compiler calculation. This paper presents a life assessment method for the operation bridge. The example shows that the method proposed in this paper has certain value in practice, which can accumulate experience for later studies of similar problems.
