With the high speed development of urban agglomerations,the flow and exchange of production elements have increased greatly.The traditional means of transportation such as highway and railway can't meet that demand.Thus,the inter-city rail system quickly developed for its capacity?speed?safety ? little environmental pollution and so on.AS an important composition of inter-city rail system,site location plays a vital role in its investment and incomes.Competing with bus for which both played as modes of public transportation.The rationality of site location is close to passengers demand.What's more,inter-city rail system aims to provide public service,it needs to facilitate the passengers with bus.The traditional methods of sites location put emphasis on the entire line,taking station distance?speed?line capacity as the variables,getting the all sites location through the building of model,lacking the consideration of specific traffic factors which the inter-city rail go through.With the deficits of this,the study of this paper includes:Through the former researches,based on the benefits of inter-city rail system and passengers,this paper constructs two-objective optimization models,including the constraints?objective function and the solving of models.In the meantime,station attraction theory is used to distinguish the attraction area of inter-city rail and bus stations.To calculate the costs of passengers in-and-out city;combining the aggregate and disaggregate model by introducing the utility theory to calculate the share rates between inter-city rail and bus.Taking the maximization of incomes of inter-city rail system as the upper deck objective function and the minimization of costs of passengers as the lower deck objective function.The genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model by Matlab simulation software.Finally the author took the sites location in Zhuhai as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of this model.
