Repairing concrete's crack through embedded pipe is a new attempt in the field of structure repairing and a preparation for a kind of intelligent concrete with self-healing capability for strength. In this paper, properties of multifold epoxy resin containing different thinners were tested and pick the optimal one. Take the embedded pipe into account and take measures to estimate its negative influence at one time. And then through grouting simulation proof-test, the effects of repairing concrete's crack through embedded pipe and normal grouting repair were compared. According to the proof-test result, evaluate the feasibility of repairing concrete's crack through embedded pipe. This research work has lead to the following findings:â‘ Grouting material should consider both of its felt strength and viscosity. Epoxy resin act as an intensifier can be used in grouting. Commonly, its viscosity is less and less, its penetrability will be better and better and grouting easier, but the felt will be less firm .So we try to control its viscosity under 50mPa?s, at one time ensure its felt strength with concrete exceed 2.5 MPa , split tensile strength approach 1.5 MPa .Thinner which comprises furfural and acetone possesses more fitting viscosity and higher felt strength, but it's solidify time exceed 6 days in normal temperature, difficult to meet the timing prevention and in time repairing.â‘¡Embedded pipe concrete's crack repairing imitates our body's cut concrescence which through"cracking-bleeding-concreting-healing". The repair hollow vitreous pipes are placed laminiformly along the tension direction in the concrete (correspond our blood vessel), the pipes'size and mechanics performance should be appropriate. When the concrete cracks, the hollow pipes fracture (correspond our bone fracture and blood vessel crack), then we according to the concrete cracks timely grouting, adhesive flows into the cracks and hardens. Accordingly, the embedded pipe concrete's repairing is realized. Through analyzes the concrete cracking mechanism and mechanics simulation check computations , the embedded vitreous pipe with thickness 1mm and exterior diameter 4mm meet the stress require and timing fracture. Grouting simulation proof-test indicates that it played the role of pipeline.â‘¢Embedded vitreous pipe diminish the concrete strength not only correlate with the pipe's number, but also the concrete strength rate and age.
