Research On Ensuring System Of Emergency Materials For Highway In Henan

With the rapid development of highway and the severe weather increasing in recent years,more and more traffic congestion and accidents have been caused due to natural disaster.Improvement of emergency rescue capability is practical requirement to improve the operating efficiency and level of service for highway network.In order to eliminate the influence of natural disaster to highway network timely,the management of highway should reserve the emergency material completely.For building the emergency material reserve system,first of all,based on analyzing the present situation of the emergency material reserve for highway in Henan,it proposes the problem in respect of facility location and the management of emergency material.Binding characteristics of natural environment,it analyzes the influence of natural disaster and traffic accidents to highway,proposes the classification and quantity of the highway management should reserve.Secondly,it presents location idea of facility for emergency material reserve.Finally,it builds establishment of indicators system for selection of emergency material reserve model based on the analyze of influence factor.Practice results show that the classification and quantity of emergency material and location idea of facility for emergency material reserve and selection method of reserve model this paper proposed can provide scientific basis for emergency reserve management agency's decision-making.
