In recent years,with the country to increase investment in high-speed rail,roads and bridges and other large infrastructure investment,the domestic market demand for large earthmoving equipment increased significantly.However,it is understood that the supply and demand of domestic large earthmoving equipment is still oversupply,resulti ng in various segments of the market there is still fierce competition.Improving product quality is an important factor to occupy the market.By referring to the relevant data,the research on the load spectrum test and the subsequent research on the fatigue reliability of earthmoving equipment are relatively lacking.This is after the load spectrum test on the fatigue test bench type hydraulic excavator were developed,obtain the failure form of the bucket rod through the fatigue test for the excavator bucket rod to provide the basis for technological transformation.In this paper,SWE350 hydraulic excavator is taken as the object of study.According to the theoretical calculation,when the excavator is working,the maximum force of the bucket shaft of the bucket and arm of the hydraulic excavator is obtained.Fieldmeasurement excavator,bucket related component rod force,verify the theoretical calculation method of excavator bucket rod force is accurate,and for the preparation of the bucket rod fatigue test loading the load spectrum and provide a theoretical basis for the text.According to the existing test conditions and measured results,this paper calculates the loading load of the bucket rod of the excavator in the fatigue test,and designs the test bench for testing the fatigue strength.Based on the existing experimental conditions,the maximum load is calculated by the measured results.According to the static and dynamic analysis results,the basic scheme of SWE350 type hydraulic excavator fatigue tests were carried out.Design suitable loading frequency,in order to speed up the excavator bucket rod failure,get failure form of the excavator in a short period of time,to speed up the testing process,to facilitate the analysis and subsequent structure optimization.The establishment of three-dimensional model of the excavator bucket rod and the fatigue test bench,static and modal analysis is done on the use of relevant software,the simulation images,and to assess the safety and reliability of fatigue test reference material performance parameters of the key components.
