Single bucket hydraulic excavator is one of the most popular equipment used in construction machinery industry.Hydraulic excavator working in mines,canals,excavation,working device on it is safety and reliability is very high.The excavator work long time and intensity,are often subjected to impact load,working device often fatigue fracture,which led to job interruption,result in engineering stagnation,delay the duration,so that the excavator work efficiency decrease.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the performance of excavator and improve the production efficiency by carrying out the strength analysis and fatigue life prediction.In this paper,the kinematics analysis,dynamic analysis,static strength analysis and fatigue life analysis of the ZE360 hydraulic excavator are taken as an example.First,the mathematical model of the working device is established by using the D-H homogeneous coordinate method of robotics principle,and the boom,arm and bucket are regarded as the manipulator.The simulation model is established by Simulink module in MATLAB,and the working device parameter Input,drawing the envelope diagram of excavator.Secondly,the dynamic analysis of the excavator and the stress analysis under different working conditions are carried out,and the results of the six typical working conditions are calculated.Then,the static strength analysis is carried out by introducing ANSYS into each working device of the excavator,and the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram of the working device are obtained.Finally,the stress analysis results are imported into MSC.Fatigue analysis software for life analysis,output fatigue life nephogram and fatigue life list,the minimum life of the working device and the minimum fatigue life of the excavator for the design of the device to provide technical reference to guide the excavator early design.
