Application Research Of Integrated Building System In The New Rural Residential Design

China is in the transition period of economic development now,and is gradually changing from the original labor intensive development model to capital intensive development model,from the original extensive development model to intensive and sustainable development model,from the original mainly in the development of City Center for the transformation to urban-rural coordinated development pattern.The development of rural areas will be the focus of our country in the future,new rural construction needs a large number of residential construction,but the traditional rural construction mode has also brought about many problems such as unreasonable construction and waste of resources.Under this background,how to guide the development of rural construction to sustainable,recyclable,low pollution and low energy consumption has become very urgent.This paper briefly introduces the development history and theory of integrated architecture,analyzes the successful cases of integrated residential buildings,summarizes the advantages and problems of integrated building system applied in new rural construction.In this paper,the North China rural areas as the research focus,through the investigation to understand the life situation,energy use,living conditions,and the basic characteristics of the North China rural residential style,layout,structure,etc.,summarized the problems in the process of rural construction.This paper tries to introduce the design method and design concept of integrated building system to the new rural residential design,and expounds the design elements of integrated construction system in rural construction.The design method,construction method and building material selection of integrated building are innovative,which can be applied to the rural areas of North China,and solve the problems of building materials and construction problems,doors and windows and insulation,space layout and use,energy consumption and local culture.And reasonable use of mature and affordable residential energy conservation technology,try to promote the use of new energy in rural areas,in order to improve the living environment of rural residents,and guide the development of rural construction to a green and sustainable development model.We try to design the rural residential house in the way of the scheme design,and discuss the feasibility of the integrated building system in the rural areas of North China.This paper takes the life of rural residents in North China,the need of production and energy saving needs as the starting point,has certain geographical limitations,but as a microcosm of China’s vast rural areas,integrated construction system in North China rural areas can continue to develop the concept and technical reference for the development of new rural areas.
