Passive Low-power Technology Application Research In Province Rural Residential Building Design

Since our country began to introduce passive construction,city building enclosure structure energy saving has made significant achievements,but rural passive technology and indoor environment has not been able to get the attention they deserve.Rural architectural form and economic and technical conditions are different from cities,not blindly follow the practice of urban building energy saving,rural architectural form and different economic and technical conditions in urban and rural passive construction started relatively late.Qinhuangdao after another side of the river passive building,2013 north farmers began to realize the importance of passive construction to improve the living comfort and energy-saving,began to the wall heat preservation and heat insulation structure measures used at the same time air tightness,water tightness and wind resistance,good energy-saving Windows and doors.With the improvement of rural per capital income,thermal insulation materials and energy-saving technologies,the development,more advanced technologies are applied to the rural living building.In2013,the rural residential building energy efficiency design standard(GB/T50824-2013 arises at the historic moment,make rural passive buildings also have industry standards,to fill the gaps in the technical standards,rural passive construction is paid attention to National Day.This article research project site is located in province,rural village of Ji'an,the research content is the application of rural residential building passive low-power technology,passive low on pilot rural residential building energy consumption of the rural residential building energy-saving technology application,for the passive technology in China in the development and application of rural residential building contribute a strength.In this paper,the passive technology of residential buildings in low energy consumption is studied and analyzed,and the data of indicators are also introduced.Analyzes the existing environment and current situation of the rural residential building in province,and according to the climate characteristics of province Jile township,at the same time used for passive construction standards of Germany and China's ministry of file “passive ultra-low power green building technology guideline(try out)” in-depth study,for the performance of passive and low energy consumption of province ruralresidential building indicators provides reference.A series of optimization designs for existing pilot projects are carried out.Finally will be passive technology of low energy consumption and energy saving an organic whole in province,rural village of Ji'an pilot projects,the pilot project of the energy saving indexes meet the passive existing industry standards.Based on the calculation results of energy saving software,compared with the traditional construction thermal performance,the energy consumption was analyzed through software simulation,and the prospects and benefits of this technology were discussed.I think that through unremitting efforts and research,passive and low energy consumption building can be widespread application in rural residential building,and technology has greatly improved,for the development of our society,energy has contributed a lot to save power.
