Rural Residential Energy Consumption Survey And Optimization Strategy Under Rural Tourism Background In Zhejiang

With the rapid development of rural tourism in China,rural tourism has become an important pillar industry of China’s rural economic development.At this time,agritainment came into being.Rural tourism residence(agritainment)is a mixed rural residence for both self-occupation and tourism operation.Rural industrial structure adjustment fundamentally changes the rural production and life patterns.This change will inevitably result in tremendous changes to the rural household energy consumption and bring new challenges to the traditional rural energy and environmental system.With rural residence in Zhejiang Province as the object of study,this paper used the field measurement,questionnaire research,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to investigate the rural residential form,rural residential indoor thermal environment and household energy consumption patterns and carry out corresponding simulation analysis.The main contents of this paper are:(1)The rural housing in Zhejiang area is divided into three types: historical and cultural architecture,traditional vernacular architecture and modern architecture.The characteristics of these three types of buildings are studied respectively.The survey of rural tourism and rural residence(agritainment)of the household energy consumption patterns,with the agricultural and rural tourism in rural residence(agritainment)of the household energy consumption pattern comparison,a typical modern architecture and the selected business rural residence on the basis of the investigation of summer and winter indoor heat environmental measurement.(2)As the modern architecture is the most common form in the current rural tourism,with this form as the case,based on the investigation of the indoor thermal environment and energy consumption pattern of rural residence,the Energy Plus software was used to carry out simulation analysis on the energy consumption of typical architecture in accordance with the actual energy use behavior and put forward the appropriate strategies to optimize the external envelope.Based on the research and simulation data,this paper concluded that the building materials and construction methods had a great impact on the indoor thermal environment of rural tourism residence(agritainment).In terms of energy consumption,the energy consumption of rural tourism residence(agritainment)was 7 times that of ordinary residence.The energy saving effect of rural tourism residence(agritainment)could be significantly improved by improving the thermal performance of exterior envelope.
