HRB500 steel bar is a kind of high strength and strong ductility steel bar.At present,this kind of steel bar has been used widely in foreign countries in the field of civil engineering such as bridges and houses.It has been taken in by Code for design of concrete structures(GB50010—2010).However,as another important part of Civil Engineering.In bridge engineering,HRB500 steel bar is not be used.In order to respond to the national energy saving and emission reduction,saving resources of the call.It is necessary to study the application of HRB500 in bridge engineering.Through bending experiment of 4 reinforced concrete beams with HRB500.This thesis analyzes and discusses the application of reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete highway bridge design specification(JTG D62-2004)about the bearing capacity,flexural cracks and deflection.At the same time,this test researches application performance of high-strength steel in the bridge.The result of test shows that,the reinforced concrete beam with HRB500 in bridge calculation coefficient of flexural characteristics is same with general RC beams.The formula in the JTG D62-2004 about bending bearing capacity,crack deflection can still continue to use.After the test,ANSYS was used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model and simulation analysis.And the results were compared with the experimental results.The experimental results and the model results are same with the basic values of the flexural capacity,crack width,deflection and so on.Based on the analysis of the school test and software,the actual bridge with the HRB500 is established.And the field test and benefit analysis are finished.The experimental analysis shows that HRB500 which applied in bridge engineering not only can greatly improve the bearing capacity of the bridge,use efficiency,and reduce the construction difficulty,but also can reduce the use of steel.It has broad prospects.
