Digital measurement technology is widely used in the field of aircraft assembly.Among them,3D scanning technology has attracted more and more attention in the field of aircraft assembly because of its high efficiency scanning and obtaining 3D information of object surface accurately.In the process of aircraft skin assembly,in order to ensure that the assembly meets the requirements,the skin seam should be measured.Traditional measurement method of aircraft skin seam with its low accuracy has been difficult to meet the requirements of modern aircraft assembly.Measurement method of digital and non-contact with high accuracy and high efficiency is the development trend of the measurement on the aircraft skin seam.Considering the measurement requirements of aircraft skin seam,the measurement scheme of aircraft skin seam based on T-Scan is designed.The data processing method of aircraft skin seam is proposed and the corresponding measurement software is developed.Experimental results showed that the gap measurement error is not more than 0.03 mm and the flush measurement error is not more than 0.02 mm.The main contributions in this thesis are as follows:(1)The measurement scheme of aircraft skin seam based on T-Scan is designed.To solve the problem that direct results obtained from local measurement cannot express the accurate correspondence between the measurement position and measurement results,a measurement scheme is designed based on T-Scan scanning on the seam combined with laser tracker measurement.Combined with the scanning principle of T-Scan,its scanning constraints are researched caused by T-Scan scanning mode limited by many optics.(2)The data processing method of aircraft skin seam is researched.After analyzing the structure and characteristics of data on the skin seam collected by T-Scan,combined with point cloud data processing methods including de-noising,filtering,simplification,feature extraction,the data processing method applied to the point cloud data on the skin seam is researched.The calculation method of gap and flush is researched according to the difference between theoretical and practical scanning data on the skin seam caused by the difference between theoretical and practical skin seam.(3)The measurement software of aircraft skin seam based on T-Scan is developed to realize measurement process control and scan data processing,and make the measurement position,the scanning data and the measurement results are corresponding.The research content and results are verified through the experiment.
