Accuracy and efficiency play an important role during the process of using laser tracking instrument to detect the large-size products' assembly quality, the reasonable measurement layout and uncertainty a ssessment techniques can im prove the measurement results' accuracy, effective scheme planning and data proces sing technology are conducive to increase the measurement efficiency. This paper researched and developed a integrated laser track ing platform based on MBD technology, the above problems were solved successfully, the main work is shown as follows:1.In order to callout measurement information faster and more standardized, this paper did secondary developments on three- dimensional modeling software: Pro/E and CATIA. Communication between the m easurement designing departm ent and the workshop would be m ore conveniently and de finitely through the im plementation of MBD technology.2.This paper proposed expressing measurement scheme by the hierarchy tree, so that measurement operation and data processing information could be integrated in the same tree. The technology of run the hier archy tree through recursion m ethod was put forward. During the execution of the hierar chy tree, the algorithms bounding to the tree node would be called by sequence.3.To achieve the simulating m easurement function, this paper studied the technology of obtaining theo retical points coordinates in Pro/E and C ATIA through secondary development technology, the m ethod of exerting error on these theoretical coordinates was introduced, as well as the technology of doing secondary development on measurement software SA.4. To im prove the efficiency of planning m easurement scheme. The paper discussed the method of planning measurement scheme automatically, the first job w as constructing a schem e library which consis ts of plenty of elem ent measurement schemes, then the best scheme was searched through weight analysis method.5. The aircraft's m easurement field arrangement was studied through simulation method based on this platform, the appropriate arrangement of measurement field was found out, which could reduce th e uncertainty prominently. A experiment of measuring a missile model was completed based on this platform.
