Aircraft cockpit is the main place for pilots and the aircraft to work together.The ergonomic design level of the cockpit has direct effects on pilots' performance and flight safety.A good design of man-machine interaction is an important guarantee to give full play to aircraft's performance and pilots' skill level.In recent years,European and American airworthiness regulations have put forward the relevant requirements of man-machine interaction design in cockpit,but have not yet put forward a mature evaluation and verification method.How to take human factors into consideration and show the conformity with airworthiness regulations become the urgent problem to be solved in cockpit design process.In this paper,a safety assessment method of aircraft manipulation is proposed.The specific research contents are listed as follows.The characteristics of man-machine interaction during the aircraft manipulation process are analyzed.Based on the general characteristics of the process,the basic elements are extracted.The man-machine interaction system of the aircraft manipulation process is constructed.The method of describing manipulation process elements and the logical relations between manipulation steps are studied.The aircraft manipulation process model is established based on the Colored Petri Net theory.The methods are given to analyze the accessibility of tasks,complexity of manipulation procedures and workload during manipulation process.An application case of manipulation process modeling and ergonomic analysis is given to illustrate the feasibility of the model.A method of assessing aircraft manipulation safety is proposed based on the modified CREAM method.The criteria are given to determine the cognitive function demand of manipulation steps based on pilots' operation workload.Criteria of determining CPCs level are proposed combined with cognitive complexity and interactive conflict analysis.A method of calculating the failure probability in manipulation steps is given.Combined with ambiguity function,the failure probability in manipulation process is calculated.A safety assessment case of rejected takeoff process is exampled.
