Research On The Environmental Design Of A New Type Of Pension Community Under The Background Of Urbanization

As aging of population and urbanization in China develop rapidly,the problem of supporting old people draws attentions from various circles of society.The promulgation of a series of relevant policies and the active participation of social forces enable the aged not to be confined to traditional endowment model,the resort-style pension is an endowment model to meet the combination of elderly tourism and leisure in China.New endowment model must have corresponding retirement community living mode to meet the needs of holiday pension,this article is divided into three parts to elaborate the new holiday retirement community environment design.The first part elaborates and explains contents and main concepts of the paper.This part mainly includes summary of the social and academic background as well as the illustrations of contents,methods and related concepts of the paper.Based on the superimposed advancements of urbanization and aging,this part combs and classifies current pension community for the aged in China.The second part is the key content of this paper.This part adopts the method of reviewing literature with field research to investigate evolution of suburb land usage in the process of urbanization development in China,gradual changes of endowment psychology and needs of urban aged people,progressive advancements of governments in China and the society on constructions of nursing institution for the aged and estate development.This part demonstrates the rationality and adaptability of constructing pension community for the aged in land for tourism usage of suburbs and small towns.Aiming at the fact that sojourn provision for the aged increasingly becomes an important supplement of entertainments of urban aged people,the author analyzes and summarizes principles and methods of design of community for the aged in terms of location and orientation of the macro-level,planning and environmental design the meso-level,and the single-architecture-based space environment design of micro-level.This part synthesizes the case analysis of design of Health Preservation and Endowment Community of Jinling Tianquan Lake in Xuyi County,combining theory with practice through field research and applying the method to practice.The third part is about the summary of the research results of this paper and prospect.This part sums up environment design of vacation endowment community for the aged from the perspective of the vital interests of the aged.
