| Under the basic national conditions of China, the elderly care crisis is mainly in rural areas.Compared to the depth of research and implementation of aging facilities in urban areas, scholars have made less research on rural aging, and the issue of rural elderly care services has long been marginalized. At the same time, rural elderly have low satisfaction with the elderly care service facilities, medical resource allocation, neighborhood social space, transportation convenience, aging and comfort of the living room in their area.Due to insufficient rural payment capacity and relatively lack of elderly care facilities,it is often difficult to carry out solely referring to urban elderly care experience, not only unable to meet the actual elderly care needs of rural elderly groups, but also high construction funds and subsequent maintenance costs.Based on the current situation of the elderly care environment in rural areas of Jiaodong, this article explores the design ideas of rural aging suitable spatial environment in Jiaodong from the perspectives of transportation, neighborhood social interaction, and rural residence, taking rural aging suitable design as the framework. The first chapter is the introduction, which summarizes the research background, significance, research methods, and innovation points of this topic; The second chapter discusses and interprets relevant concepts of adaptive aging, and learns from relevant practical cases of adaptive aging at home and abroad; The third chapter analyzes the basic characteristics and needs of the elderly population, and selects two sample villages(one coastal type and one inland type)from each of the three cities in Jiaodong to conduct a survey and analysis of the current situation. It summarizes the behavior patterns of rural elderly people and their elderly care needs in different spaces;Based on the results of the previous analysis,Chapter 4 proposes appropriate aging design strategies for transportation and travel space, neighborhood social space, and rural residential space, and conducts practical applications in Chapter 5.This study believes that to solve the elderly care problem in rural areas,it is necessary to explore the development path of elderly care services suitable for rural elderly people based on local conditions, combined with the basic characteristics of local elderly groups and endowment of elderly care resources, and propose the concept of "elderly care+".From multiple perspectives such as the planning, design, construction, and operation of common facilities, the aging design should be integrated into the details of life, providing strategic reference for the construction of rural aging. |
