| Scrap metal crusher plays an important role in recycling of waste metals such as end-of-life vehicles and waste electrical appliances.As the key part of crusher,the box’s vibration characteristics determines the life span and production environment of scrap metal crusher directly.The body of PSX-2250 type scrap metal crusher is taken as example to study the design method of vibration reduction in this paper.The main contents of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the theoretical analysis of mechanical impedance and viscoelastic material,the body with the added blocks is analyzed to study the impedance characteristics of six kinds of typical structural crushers,which shows that the box with ┳┻ type structure is the best.On the basis of ANSYS,the transient dynamic analysis is conducted to study the damping effect of two kinds of structures with additional viscoelastic damping materials,which proves that the body of crusher with constrained damping layer is better.(2)Parameters such as the spacing between ribs,the size of ribs,the mass of blocks,and the thickness of base layer,damping layer,constraint layer are researched about their influence on vibration characteristics of crusher body by using finite element simulation technology.And the reasonable distribution interval of the corresponding parameters are obtained.(3)To improve the dynamic performance of the body,the structural parameters of crusher with the block of ┳┻ type are optimized by the dynamic analysis.The damping and constraint layer are added to the vibration parts of the crusher based on the results of modal analysis of the undamped box.The size optimization and topology optimization are conducted in terms of the added layers on the body.(4)The experimental modal parameters of the structure are obtained and made contrast with the finite element simulation results on the basis of modal test by using LMS modal analyzer.The correctness of model in the simulation is verified,and the rationality of the dynamic simulation analysis based on modal analysis in the impedance analysis method is proved.By the vibration test of the damped and undamped box,the damping effect of the body with added damping and constraint layers is proved to be better through the comparative analysis of the same point of acceleration response,and the feasibility of the research are verified. |
