| Urban water landscape planning and designing, as well as river regulation are important ways to establish a harmonious sustainable ecological water system with harmony between man and nature. The problem of water landscape planning and river regulation is not only a problem of water resources and water environment, but also a comprehensive problem of urban social development and urban economic development as a whole. The main purpose of water landscape planning and designing is to maintain the water environment and ecological system, to maintain the ecological balance, and to promote the urban water environment into a virtuous cycle.The core content of water landscape ecology includes two aspects: water landscape function and water landscape structure. Water landscape function shows that the functional structure of the ecological system and water landscape is a mutual connection. It can also be considered that the landscape structure is not a static process, but a dynamic and energy flowing process. Water landscape structure includes the types of landscape components, as well as the relationship between the space and the biological diversity. The characteristics of each component of the landscape system and the spatial distribution of energy circulation and species must be considered.The central city’s flood control system of Lhasa city’s Lhasa River(central city) has been improved since 2001. In addition to the construction of 5.7km left bank this year, both sides have established 100 year flood defense levees. But the following problems still exist:(1) River crossflow threatens the safety of flood levee;(2) Since the river water area is small in dry season, a good water environment cannot be formed, and it cannot meet the requirements of Lhasa city environment, ecology, water and landscape;(3) phenomena of lagging river management, over-exploration, over-excavation and unreasonable discharge threaten the smoothness of flood. The artificial ecological landscape design for the construction of canals, the premise of the artificial landscape is to ensure the safety of water quantity and water quality.In view of the actual situation of landscape planning and designing of the Lhasa River(central city section), in this paper, the research work of Lhasa River(central city section) landscape planning and designing focuses on the study of the situation of Lhasa River Basin, the geological conditions of the local area and the flood disasters in recent decades, and the collecting of the detailed data of the flood disaster. Taking the actual engineering design process of the Lhasa River(central city section) as a case, the design flow of water landscape planning and designing in alpine regions is studied; the environmental impact and flood control capability after landscape planning and designing and river regulation are analyzed and calculated. Therefore, through the comparison of different location schemes, a more reasonable and economic design scheme is selected. It has certain significance for water landscape planning and designing in alpine regions. Through the establishment of the theoretical framework of the river water environment improvement and landscape design, it can provide a theoretical basis for the water landscape planning in other alpine regions and an engineering case which can be used for reference. |
