With the continuous expansion of the scale of the power grid, the production units of the power enterprises as a whole show structural shortage of staff status, the station than the continuous decline in the substation as a power grid hub and new technology pilot sites, the urgent need to deepen and expand substation information and intelligence, To achieve downsizing and efficiency. The traditional monitoring of the power grid to pay more attention to a device, the state of the secondary equipment monitoring and verification is relatively weak, there is no effective means of the task ticket and operation of the technical checks on their own checks. Therefore, the development of a substation secondary equipment on-line monitoring and operation of the ticket checking system for the operation and maintenance of substation security and efficiency is of great significance.In this paper, a new quadratic equipment association modeling method is proposed,which realizes the batch generation and matching of the protection device signals. Then,the method of secondary equipment state multi-source acquisition is researched to realize the hardware hardboard, the soft press plate, the control word and the setting value of the protection device. On this basis, the secondary equipment on-line monitoring system is designed to realize the secondary equipment online monitor. Secondly, the acquisition and conversion interface of the operation management system and the task ticket checking method based on the real-time operation of the dispatching automation system are researched to realize the data exchange between the production management system, the dispatching automation system and the operation ticket checking system. Finally, the development of operation ticket verification expert system, to achieve operational steps,terminology and logical correctness check. The expert system was tested and applied in two110 kV substations of Zhenjiang Power Supply Company. The operation data showed thatthe system was in good condition and reached the goal of this research.In this paper, the theoretical basis and application of on-line monitoring and check-up of substation secondary equipment are studied, and some experiences are provided in the direction of high efficiency and intelligent development of substation. Practice proves that the expert system described in this paper has good popularization value And meaning.
