The electric power communication network is the important support system in the operation of the electric power enterprise production, which is the main platform of the construction of smart grid. The electric power communication network is regarded as another piece of information network in the electric power system. It is significant for safe and stable operation of the electric power system. For making the security control, relay protection and automatic scheduling devices operate normally, the electric power enterprises usually need to arrange professional electric power communication network operation and maintenance staff to repair and maintenance the devices, to guarantee the power system operate safely and stablely.With the development of electric power communication network in the power system, the problems are lack of operation and maintenance human resource, low informationization for operation and maintenance, r isk of Information security, and so on. In order to solve these problems, this paper committed to study on the mobile operation and maintenance system for the electric power communication network, put forward a novel mobile operation and maintenance manage ment method for the electric power communication network. On this base, combined with the requirements of practical engineering application, an appropriative mobile operation and maintenance system is developed, which can meet the requirements of the relev ant operation and maintenance work.The intelligent management platform of the mobile operation and maintenance system for the electric power communication network is put forward. The overall framework of the intelligent management platform, design ideas a nd the self-learning algorithm in the process of data collection are carried out in this paper. Based on various types of work order and operations staff data of vertical and horizontal coordination analysis, the relationship between work order and operati ons staff is realized. On the other hand, the overall framework of the data management platform, design ideas and the encryption and decryption algorithm are analyzed and illustrated. This scheme can realize guiding the operation and conservation for the electric power communication network.Using intelligent power operation and maintenance dispatching list management base on dynamic planning method, the intelligent management scheme for the electric power communication network is put forward. On the one ha nd, by electronic dispatching list and standardization measure, the whole process of the operation and maintenance for the electric power communication network are realized. On the other hand, the data encryption transmission and data remote authentication technology are used to realize data security transmission and remote authentication, which keeps operation and maintenance working in the standardized, efficient and intelligent environment.On the basis of the above research, an appropriative mobile oper ation and maintenance system for the electric power communication network is developed. Combined with the requirements of practical engineering application and the characteristics of relevant operation and maintenance work, the information network security accessing system of the SGCC is used to solve the problem of security access. The application results show that the mobile operation and maintenance system for the electric power communication network has high accuracy and can meet the engineering application requirements.
