Design Of Operation And Maintenance System Of Gas Pipeline Network And APP Development For Mobile Terminal

With the rapid development of social economy and people's awareness of environmental protection,gas industry has developed rapidly.With the rapid expansion of the gas pipeline network,the safety of the gas pipeline network and the management needs of field operators have also risen to a new level.Our country's gas industry information construction started late and the starting point is low.The basic operation and maintenance system established by gas enterprises to meet a single function can not adapt well to the needs of complex gas pipeline network operation nowadays.In order to solve the problem of the independence between traditional gas operation and maintenance systems and the problem of information silos which means the data can not be shared among systems,a comprehensive gas pipeline network operation and maintenance system was designed.After considering the application of SCADA,GIS,Web development,database,mobile development and other technologies and the requirements of gas pipeline network operation and maintenance,the paper analyzed and combed of the demand of the system in detail and discussed the possibilities of implementation.On the basis of demand analysis,the gas pipeline network operation and maintenance system is designed in detail,including: clarify the role of each role in the system and implement the design of system topology,detailed design and module division of system functions,design of corresponding interfaces according to functional modules,clarify the relationship between data tables and design database tables,business process design,systems architecture design,etc.In view of the increasing application of mobile terminal,this paper designs and develops the APP for mobile terminal witch is compatible to the gas operation and maintenance system.The APP is based on Android,the paper discusses the design and implementation process of APP's functional modules,overall architecture,business processes,data storage,custom controls,activities.etc,and APP is tested and optimized finally.The use of APP of mobile terminal instead of traditional paper work mode not only improves the work efficiency of field operation,but also ensures the quality of work.And the same time,the safety operation and maintenance management level of gas enterprises has been significantly improved,which provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of enterprise gas pipeline network.
