The asphalt concrete pavement is the main pavement form in China,but there are many problems existing in the asphalt pavement.Rutting,wave,and other diseases usually occur on asphalt pavement in summer.On low temperature conditions in winter,the pavement cracking and other diseases are owing to the poor deformation of asphalt.Compared with asphalt concrete pavement,cement concrete has great strength and long service life,but its construction is complex and the latter is less comfortable because of the existence of the seam.The development of diversified and functional requirements of pavement,a new type of pavement material with the advantages of asphalt and cement concrete is a kind of semi-flexible pavement.Asphalt mixture gradation,cement mortar matrix permeability,shrinkage characteristics,organic inorganic phase surface contact mechanism and other related aspects of the performance of semi flexible pavement are not a detailed searched on the current researches.In this paper,the flexural strength,compressive strength,fluidity,bleeding rate and dry shrinkage indexes on the performance of cement grouting material under different proportion are studied,to select the excellent optimization performance.Based on the determination of cement base grouting material proportion,the gradation of the matrix asphalt mixture was optimized.The void ratio and the stability of the matrix asphalt mixture with different gradations were studied.The high temperature performance,low temperature performance,moisture sensitivity and fatigue performance of semi flexible pavement material with different gradation are studied.The semi flexible pavement material is formed according to the existing infusion process and preparation method.The results show that,the crack resistance and low temperature deformation ability at low temperature is insufficient,which is the performance bottlenecks of semi flexible pavement material.In view of the performance bottlenecks of semi flexible pavement material,the interfacial strength formation and weak interface position of semi flexible pavement material are analyzed by theoretical analysis of surface energy.Different modification measures of semi flexible pavement material are tested,to provide experimental basis for the realization of "high performance" and its application.
