| Currently, in order to meet the development needs of road transport and to overcome the disadvantage of asphalt Pavement and concrete pavement, many countries proposed the concept of semi-flexible pavement, which is a composite pavement formed by cement paste and porous asphalt material. Semi-flexible grouting pavement has the flexibility of asphalt Pavement and the rigidity of cement pavement, and it can be applied to urban roads ã€intersectionsã€parking lotã€toll stations and ports.On the basis of research results of home and abroad, this paper start the work on the following three aspects:Firstly, we analyze the formation mechanism of the intensity of semi-flexible pavement,and design the proportion of the mother asphalt mixture. The research including:(1) The strength formation mechanism of semi-flexible pavement grouted by colorful cement(2)Apply volume method to design the mother asphalt mixture;(3)Through Marshall test and Japan index of the matrix asphalt mixture, identified oil-stone ratio for 2.5% of the proportion of matrix asphalt mixture.Secondly, we focus on the the design and preparation of the cement mortar and do the experiment on the composition of the cement mortar materials. it is concluded that when we prepare the cement mortar at the water cement ratio 0.5, the expansive agent dosage control at about 8%, the water reducing agent dosage at 1%,toner outside mixing way of addition amount of 3%, cement mortar molding effect is best.Finally, through a series of laboratory performance test, we systematically study the pavement performance of semi flexible colored cement grouting material. The results show that: compared with hot mix asphalt mixture, composite grouting material show higher temperature stability, but low temperature performance is slightly lower. Water stability performance conforms to the common asphalt mixture standards. |
