Crushing technology and earthwork cloth and grid used as sandwich are often used to weaken the reflective cracking in domestic,but this requires a lot of mechanical and human labor in the actual operation,improves the cost of production,has a certain impact on the environment and different effect. In recent years, a new type of material of semi-flexible cement asphalt mixture achieved goodresults which was used in cement concrete pavement reconstruction,and was more conducive to slow the emergence of reflective crackingand to increase the overall force of the pavement structurethanthe traditional method,has been applied. Therefore, to make research on semi-flexible cement mixasphalt has great significance of cement pavement maintenance and reconstruction.In this paper, material composition, structural characteristics of semi-flexible cement asphaltmixture and the advantages in the old cement pavement repaving design are introduced, and therequirements of structure and material properties were proposed.Based on mixture performance,performance test and optimization of raw materials were made. Through a large number of laboratoryexperiments,there was research of the influence of the mixture properties, by changing the amount ofemulsified asphalt,water,cement. Taking Marshall Stability and Splitting strength as control index,design process and design specifications were proposed. There was a systematic study on roadperformance, such as mechanical properties, high temperature stability, water stability, crackresistance and fatigue resistance.The results show that as structure layer semi-flexible cement asphaltmixture has excellent road performance to meet the requirements. Used SEM, mixture strengthmechanism is discussed from microscopic point of view, and analysis of the cement to the mixtureproperties is analyzed. Finally, the researches on construction technology and quality control of thesemi-flexible cement asphalt are carried out, and the social benefits and economic benefits are alsoanalyzed. The results show that it has high performance-price ratio and remarkable economic andsocial benefit. And it is suitable for wide application in Zhejiang province.
