Study On Modeling And Simulation Of Brake Safety Base On TruckSim Tourist Coach

With the development of economy,more and more people choose to go out to travel,a growing number of long distance travel bus driving in the great river north and south of the motherland.In holidays,because of the more and more cars on the road and the complex road conditions,traffic accidents related to the sightseeing buses appear constantly,which caused great losses of people's lives and property.The braking performance of the Vehicle,as the one of the most key things to a vehicle driving safety,must be completely conformed to the standards of performance in braking performance and braking constancy.However,producing Passenger car is the small batch and order production mode,is characterized by model more,yield less,if each developed a type of passenger cars to do experiments of real road,it will waste huge manpower,financial and material resources,greatly increasing the vehicle research and development costs,weaken the market competitiveness of products.This paper studies on the TruckSim bus braking experiment simulation,to reduce the vehicle has great significance to the research and development costs.Firstly,this article expounds the sightseeing bus brake system in domestic and overseas research status,and analyzes the future development trend.And then I introduce the composition of car braking system,selecting the wheel as the research object of braking force analysis,quantitative analysis of several different stages of the whole braking process.Finally specific to the type of passenger car,the braking system are introduced with several important devices,including wet gas reservoirs,tandem double cavity gas relay valve and braking valve.Fully understanding the above contents and getting data of type,establish vehicle model and braking simulation experiment through the simulation software TruckSim.Vehicle model including the vehicle body modeling,aerodynamic system modeling,tire system modeling,modeling power transmission system,suspension system modeling,steering system modeling,load model is set up.After the model is established,the model is straight and downhill simulations with two kinds of conditions,finally it is concluded that the simulation performance curve,and obtain some image,according to the image to evaluate the stand or fall of the braking performance under different road conditions.This topic research for the existing tourist passenger vehicle design,especially the design of the braking system provides a theoretical support,and for the vehicle driving under different road safety provides the theory instruction,for the bus provides the reference for the design and matching of the braking system,the bus to develop new products and the opened up a new road,has very high value to use.
