| With the great development of transportation,people’s demand for travel is more and more,and there are more and more means of transport available for travel,among which the proportion of people who choose bus travel is not small.However,bus rollover accidents happen from time to time.Once rollover happens,casualties are inevitable,which will cause harm to public property safety and personal safety to a certain extent.Therefore,bus rollover has become a hot topic in the current vehicle research.This paper will carry out research on it,and the main work includes:Firstly,a complete bus model is established in the Truck Sim simulation software,and the Truck Sim and Simulink co-simulation platform is established.The lateral load transfer rate is taken as an important index to determine whether the bus is about to roll over,and the safety warning is given when the threshold value is reached.Finally,A bus anti-roll-over strategy based on fuzzy PID control was proposed.The warning model and control model were simulated and verified by two operating conditions,fishhook steering condition and double-lane shifting driving condition,and the image results obtained were compared and analyzed with the image results before the addition of control.The results show that the warning model proposed in this paper can send out the warning about 0.8s in advance under the fishhook steering condition.Compared with the fastest response time of human,the warning system can provide enough time for the driver to adjust the driving state of the bus.The roll-over control strategy proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the possibility of roll-over.The lateral load transfer rate can be reduced by 22% in the fishhook steering condition,and the maximum reduction of lateral load transfer rate is 28% in the double-lane shifting condition.The vehicle state parameters such as lateral acceleration can be adjusted and optimized.It has reference value for improving the safety of passenger cars.This paper puts forward that the bus rollover warning and control system can be used for the condition monitoring and adjustment in the process of passenger cars on the road,can timely remind the driver when in emergency and can be adjusted in the impending rollover state of passenger cars,to improve passenger safety performance,reduce casualties and property losses has a certain practical value. |
