Automatic Temperature Measuring System Design And Application For High Voltage Capacitor Set

In view of the large working intensity,long temperature measurement period and poor security environment of the high-voltage capacitor temperature measuring work in the substation,This paper is committed to develop a 24 h continuous on-line automatic temperature monitoring system,It can 24 h continuous monitor the operation state of the equipment,which is cheap easy installed simple operated and enough accurate.The automatic temperature monitoring system Consists of temperature measuring scan terminal and the monitoring platform.The scan terminal is mechanical and electrical integration system,including mechanical transmission parts,temperature sensor and electric control parts.The driving model uses the precise positioning way of harmonic stepper motor and synchronous belt.The electric control system adopts single chip microcomputer as the core,and develops the corresponding control software.The Sensor adopts high precision infrared point temperature measuring sensor.the monitoring platform adopts the combination of field controling and remote controling,builds monitoring network through the RS485 bus.The System has the function of touch operation data storage historical data query and temperature early warning.This paper carried out application research on the 10 k V capacitors in parallel in the substation,using the temperature monitoring system.The temperature measuring equipment is hoisted in room at the top of the capacitor,Scanning the temperature of capacitor and its related accessories form above.The trial run on Banqiao substation and Shuibei substation show that,the system can accurately detect hot parts of the capacitor,find degradation situation of equipment timely and effectively,can avoid equipment accidents happen,which has a significant application promotion value.
