Monitoring System For Body Temperature Of Medical Use With Speech

With the development of science and technology, the developing direction of people's production and life requires more and more high-efficient, automatic and intellectual. So the application of control system which take computer as center in daily life has becomes an important field that people study.In the treatment and custody management: to the patients, medical persons should measure the patients'body temperature regularly .in order to make the doctor know the patients'health in time,so the doctor can make corresponding judge to the patient,s condition and offer certain reference for analyzing the patient's condition At present,it adopts an Artificial way in the hospital,Every day the nurses go to each ward,measure the body temperature regularly,write down the data into a form manually and gather finally,the doctors adjust the healing solution after analyzing the data above,The whole course not merely consumes a large amount of manpower,increase the possibility of cross-infection of doctors and patients and because the gathers and inquires was so complicated and patients body temperature can't be feed back in time in the special circumstances, it may cause the therapeutic delay .So,the traditional way of body temperature needs to be improving. Direct against this kind of situation, under the guidance of tutor, the author has designed the automatic measure and record system for electronic body temperature for medical use.The system solves the temperature monitoring problem of multi-points in distributed location. Systematic hardware is made up of three parts: temperature sensor,center computer and single chip,the type of the sensor adopts integrated sensor DS18B20 and Infrared Thermometer Module TN9, they can gather patients'body temperature,The single chip finish the collection,treatment of patients'body temperature data and the serialcommunication to the computer. Body temperature management software is operated on the computer which connects to the database server through c/s mode, the software can setup the system parameter,can recollect,process,record the data of body temperature,record patients basic data,and can inquire,print the temperature report forms and patients basic data report forms, it is the command center of the whole system.The systemic software is made up of two parts. The software in the computer uses Visual Basic,it is composed of three modules: Systematic parameter set module, data process module, temperature and patients basic data report management module. Database Server in the system use SQL Server. Single chip software is developed by SPCE061A, and it is composed of five modules: main procedure module, data collection and process module, keyboard and display module, speech process module and multi-machine serial communication module.The whole system is easy to operate, easy to expand with strongly fault-tolerant ability and high efficiency, suitability.This system synthetically uses technology of the sensor technology, single chip technology, communication technology and database technology, microcomputer technology, it can lighten the medical personnel's burden, improve working efficiency,reflect the states of patient exactly,dynamically and high-efficiently.
