In recent years,the LED devices develop at high speed.As a light source it is widely used in such as cell phones,signage,automotive lighting,decorative lighting,billboards,traffic lights and other fields,it is known as the Green's fourth-generation light source.In the field of Tunnel lighting,white light LED has a unique advantage compared to the high-pressure sodium lamp.At present,the lamp of the Tunnel lighting are used high-pressure sodium lamp generally,which is issued by yellow and the color of its relatively is low,it is prone to zebra effect,flicker effect and so on.As a result,it can not reach the requirements of the tunnel lighting.Especially the brightness of the high-pressure sodium lamp can not be controlled in linear,so it can not change the inside brightness according to the brightness outside?the inside lane of traffic and the speed of traffic in real time,as a result,the power consumption is very serious.White LED,a new type of lighting,is put into operation in recent years.It has many advantages such as low-voltage,low power consumption,high reliability,long life,high color rendering etc.In particular,as the controllability of its brightness characteristics,not only the energy consumption of the tunnel lighting is greatly reduce but also makes the lamp life longer and the LED light decline substantially reduced,which improve the reliability of tunnel lighting's control system.So far,the total mileage of highway tunnels is more than 5,500 km,and the total energy consumption of lighting is huge too.Therefore,use the new LED lighting and adopt a reasonable control of the tunnel lighting system which have a very important Significance to ensure the tunnel operation safely and operation economically.This paper is based on the reference to a large number of the latest domestic and international tunnel lighting design specifications and the current tunnel intelligent control technology,completing drive power supply design and tunnel lighting intelligent control system design.It includes analysis on the brightness requirement of each section of the tunnel,design of lamp arrangement for subdivision steps,analysis of the hardware requirements,wireless lighting control system design,principle of work,functional verification of control system.Finally,it analyzes the LED tunnel lighting energy saving.
